We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bentley Trike purchase; if your premium fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
